We believe in your privacy. We do not independently collect, log, store, or transmit any personal information, user data, or analytics to our own servers. The App is designed to act strictly as a client interface.

2. Data Transmission to Discord

Because the App is a bot client designed to interact with Discord, any messages, commands, login tokens, or other data you input into the App are transmitted directly to Discord’s servers via their API to facilitate the App's core functionality.

• We do not intercept or store this data.
• All data transmitted to Discord is governed exclusively by Discord’s Privacy Policy (https://discord.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms). We do not control how Discord collects, uses, or stores this information.

3. Google Play Services

The App is distributed via the Google Play Store. Google Play may independently collect standard, anonymous crash reports, app usage statistics, and device information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control this data collection.

4. Children's Privacy

Because we do not control the data sent to Discord, and Discord requires users to be at least 13 years old (or older depending on local laws), this App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."

Terms of Service

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR MAINTAIN COMPATIBILITY WITH FUTURE DISCORD API UPDATES.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Smirf123 Development BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, ACCOUNT BANS OR SUSPENSIONS BY DISCORD, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious code, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality or Discord's infrastructure.
